About the Role As a casual early childhood educator, you'll step in as needed to provide support, helping to create a safe and engaging environment for children. You'll assist with daily activities, support children’s learning and development, and ensure their well-being during meals, play, and nap times. Your role will also involve following the centre’s routines and policies to maintain smooth operations.
